A written proposal must describe the benefits to migratory and/or upland game birds and priority songbirds through specific forest management practices. Each proposal must be submitted on the supplied NETX CDN HIP Application 2022 form. Pre-treatment photos, a map of the project area, and KML/shapefiles are required to be considered a complete proposal package.

Please note: All project proposals require a project manager (see Summary of NETX HIP Program Policy and Procedures). Project Managers must work with the landowner on the proposal(s). Those proposals may be submitted by either the Project Manager or the landowner, but the Project Manager must be clearly identified.

Please contact Bill Bartush bbartush@abcbirds.org if you need additional material or the shapefiles for the defined CDN priority areas.
