NETX CDN FY27 HABITAT INCENTIVE PROGRAM RFP
The NE Texas Conservation Delivery Network (NETX CDN) is seeking proposals May-July 2026 for the FY27 Habitat Incentive Program (HIP). Habitat project proposals should be submitted as soon as possible but no later than 7/17/2026; projects scoring 80 points or greater will be developed into project agreements, until available funds are obligated. No funding will be obligated until all applications have been reviewed by the NETX CDN Steering Committee. Proposed treatments must be completed by 8/1/2027. The announcement and FY27 RFP are below.
